That’s right we were thinking of paradise on the sunny shores of Saint Marie.
Last night was the penultimate episode of the current season and we got to know DI Neville Parker a little better as he settled into life on the island while working another case with Ruby, Madeline and JP.
Just like his predecessors, Richard Poole, Humphrey Goodman and Jack Mooney, DI Parker found it difficult to adjust to the warm climate but in this latest episode he seems to be adapting to the tropical lifestyle.
Over the years the team has used various boats to get on and off the island as well, but we're far more interested in cars than we are boats.
Since the show began in 2011 all four DI’s have used the same police car, did you remember what it was? Or did you just remember the motorcycle with its side car?
The car that the Honore station uses is the Land Rover Defender 110 Station Wagon!
As you can see from the photo, this car has been kept in top condition by Jack Mooney and his predecessors, so it's one less thing for DI Parker to worry about.
