Say hi to Lauren Cousen! 👋
Lauren’s our Customer Services Manager and has been in charge of the department for 13 years now.
As the manager she’s in charge of the team responsible for issuing your finance contracts, getting these approved by the under, arranging delivery and helping you with any questions you have during the process.
Our Customer Services Team don’t stop helping once your car is delivered though, they’re here for you for the duration of your lease and will check in along the way to make sure everything is running smoothly. They’re also here to help you when it’s time to return your lease vehicle.
Lauren gets on really well with her team and enjoys working with all of them. She finds her role really rewarding and aims to deliver great service to all of our customers, sharing their excitement over the arrival of their new car.

Lauren started her driving lessons at 17 years old, but she took a little time and four tests to pass so was 18 when she got her full licence.
Her first car was a red Rover 214sli which she hated everything about, in particular the “grandad” walnut dash interior.
Lauren just took delivery of her brand new white Skoda Kodiaq and thinks it’s a great SUV for a family which is perfect for her with her young family. She loves the heated seats that keep her warm on the cold morning school runs and that there are three rows of seats so her kids can all have enough space rather than being squashed together on one row.
Her current favourite car is the VW Touareg V8 R-Line in grey as she loves the way it looks, and that she’d still be able to fit the whole family in. Her dream car’s a little smaller, it’s a white Bugatti Chiron and not only does Lauren love the way it looks, she’s also picked it as her favourite because if she was driving one she’d be a millionaire, or at least married to one.
When she’s driving Lauren doesn’t really listen to a particular playlist instead she just has Capital Extra FM on constantly and even tries to get us to put it on in the office when she arrives in the morning.
