Meet the Xcite Customer Support Team
Our Support Team will join your leasing journey once you've placed your order and had everything confirmed by the Sales Department.
They will be the team who arrange your finance documents and be there to answer any questions you might have on this part of the process. Depending on the funder our Support Team will either email you the finance documents to sign or let you know how the funder will send them directly to you. They'll also let you know if any additional documents are needed, as some funders require proof of ID or address.
As well as getting the finance documents in place our Support Team will keep you updated on your car. They will request regular updates from the supplying dealership and send these onto you. Once the finance documents are completed and your car has arrived at the dealership the team will then arrange delivery to you.
After delivery, the Support Team will then get the delivery paperwork from the dealership and provide this to the funder so they can set your order live on their system. This step is needed as it ensures the funder has an accurate record of the car at delivery, including the mileage it arrived with. The funder will need to set the vehicle live on their system before they can then start taking payments.
If you have any questions after delivery then the team will be on hand to help you as well. Whether this is confirmation about an aspect of your lease, getting contact details for your team or a question on your car.

Lauren Cousen
Customer Service Manager
Lauren heads up our customer service team. She was one of the first members of the Xcite Car Leasing team to join the business and has over 15 years of Xperience in the industry, which means there's nothing she doesn't know.
Although she's the manager of the department, Lauren still gets involved in the day to day as well, so don't be surprised if you get an email from her!
Adam Thomas
Customer Experience Manager
As our Customer Experience Manager, Adam works to improve our processes and practices to ensure we always provide the best service possible to all our customers.
He also works as part of the Support Team helping our customers with any questions they may have, arranging delivery and much more.
Melanie Jones
Customer Service Adviser
Melanie is a vital part of our Customer Support Team. She's got over 10 years with us so really understands the leasing journey.
Melanie will be there to answer any questions you may have, help with your finance documents and arrange delivery of your new car.
Michaela O'Brien
Customer Service Adviser
Michaela is one of our Customer Service Advisers, ready to answer any questions that you have about your new lease.
You'll speak to her on the phone or via email to arrange delivery, ask any questions and much more!
Rebecca Baker
Customer Service Adviser
Rebecca is another of our Customer Service Advisers who will look after your new lease from the point of order to delivery.
She's on hand if you have any questions about your finance documents, proofs of ID, delivery or anything else about your lease or new car!
Becky Jones
Customer Service Adviser
Becky is another of our Customer Service Advisers. She'll be helping you from order confirmation to delivery, and beyond.
As part of the Support Team she'll be issuing your finance documents, getting them sent over to you, getting updates on your car, arranging delivery and getting the delivery paperwork sorted.
