The Lamborghini Countach was one of the cars we were excited to see come out this year and we’re pleased to report that it did not disappoint!
The Italian manufacturer is known for producing some of the most beautiful and powerful sportscars in the world and the latest Countach is no exception to this.
Fans of the brand might recognize the Countach name, and this is because it was originally used in the 1970s for the model shown below.
This model was very successful at the time and remained in production for decades, with a 25th anniversary edition launched in 1989. However, just a year later in 1990 Lamborghini ceased production on this model focusing on other vehicles.

The top speed will be an impressive 221 mph!
Lamborghini Countach Exterior
The 2022 Lamborghini Countach clearly takes inspiration from the original model, including the angular body shape that’s reminiscent of the boxy car designs of the 70s, the periscope lines that run from the roof to the rear, and the scissor doors.
Lamborghini have updated it with contemporary touches though to create a unique looking car that pays homage to the name’s heritage but makes the most of technological and design advances, for example there’s triple hexagonal LED taillights now at the rear of the car.
Lamborghini Countach Interior
It’s really on the interior that you notice a big difference between the new and old. Lamborghini have given it a total revamp.
There’s a digital screen instead of analogues for the vehicle gauges that sits behind the wheel, as well as a touchscreen infotainment system that unlike most manufacturers Lamborghini have located vertically and below the dashboard in the central console. This screen allows you to connect to your smartphone, control your music input and output and adjust vehicle settings.
There’s paddle gear shifts on the steering wheel as well as manual switches for you to make adjustments to the vehicle settings as well for an authentic supercar experience.
